The first time I used the program I went through the setup wizard and the controller worked great, no errors in mappings or anything. If you or the singer in your studio is no Weeknd, you can correct the pitch manually beforehand with a program like, or even with built-in pitch correction tools in your DAW, where you can actually go in and change the pitch of each syllable manually. Auto tunes evo. For good reason, T-Pain is brought up a lot when discussing Auto-Tune. Is a great example of this—he is obviously a very talented singer that has no problem hitting notes—and yet his go-to mixer, Illangelo, has that he always uses at least a little bit of Auto-Tune on the vocals. So if you find yourself in a situation where you or an artist you are working with really want Auto-Tune on their vocals, but it's not sounding right after following all the steps, look into correcting the pitch before you run it through Auto-Tune.If you get the notes closer to the scale, you'll find the tuning of Auto-Tune to be much more pleasing to the ears.
Vestax Vci 400 Traktor Scratch Pro Review
Anyone running this at the moment?
I have Traktor Scratch 2 point something or other (with Audio8 interface) and a set of Technics record decks. I'm also looking to get rid of my mixer. Can I do this by buying a VCI-400 and routing my Technics through the Audio8 and the VCI 400?
The way I see it is, I have to run my Audio8 through input 3 & 4 of the VCI 400. This would then impose me on deck C & D of the mixer section of the VCI 400. Obviously this would cause confusion on my GUI, is there anyway I can get round this, maybe a new overlay or something?

hi guys,
sorry i am sure this has probably already been covered in a dozen other posts, but i am a complete novice at digital djing.
i've recently converted from a straight old fashioned vinyl setup to traktor scratch pro, using 2 decks with control vinyls for decks A + B and a four channel mixer.
i recently bought myself a vestax vci-100 for two scenarios:
i thought i could use it to control decks C + D when i have two turntables.
or when space is at a premium or i don't have access to turntables i could just fly the laptop and vci-100 by itself in a completely digital setup.
the problem i have is i know nothing about setting up the vci-100 for these scenarios, i understand i need a tsi file? sorry the vci-100 manual is a little vague.
also, just out of curiosity, the vci-100 has no headphone port or connection for RCA cables? how does this work?
